More Models:

This Week i created two more models, One is based off the cardboard model but instead I decided to knock a whole wall out and create a much more open space allowing more light in. The second Is another way in which my family interacts with the space, however it is based off how they would move with the new wall/floor plan change.

With the wall completely gone so much more morning light flows through

This Shows more movement through the new space and illustrates how paths are now changed due to light. 

ONLINE TUTORIAL:

The first material I tested was anodised aluminium, the finish is nice, however this specific design would be too complicated to make with this material.  

This material acrylic, again such a complex shape would not be made out of this material.  

This material is a bamboo, Could not be made into this shape very well.

This material is a metallic blue Paint, Could be sprayed on depending if the paint would adhere to the shell. 

ABS plastic printed from the 3D printer is a great material to use.
